SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services for the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it's alarmed in regards to the substantial variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area regularly. The support issue developed for intervention activities a superior inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it tricky with the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and increase usage of Social website Assistance services,” the agency said.
